UFC Fit is a fitness club and franchise model of UFC Gym, offering MMA-inspired workout classes from HIIT, boxing, indoor cycling, to yoga.

Updated branding of UFC Fit App to capture a broader audience, increasing online conversion by 15%
Created a design system to help curate more flexible and responsive designs to streamline onboarding, booking, and class management flows
Provided a leading example of scalable solutions to be expanded to print, interiors, and signage
UFC Gym is known for combining MMA-inspired fitness with traditional gym services. Through a analytics audit, we discovered an increase of visitors wanting to explore more general group fitness classes aside from the popular Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu options.
There were a lot of inconsistencies in branding, components, layout, and overall structure.

Help people discover a gym near their location, explore and book fitness classes, and become a part of the UFC community
We were able to secure more clients since timeline deliveries were cut in half, and plan on scaling other sections on the landing page. This will help future designers iterate faster to develop designs quicker and more efficiently to align with engineering.
